So fun to go back and do the city again. I love it there!
It really is one of my favorite cities!

I lived in Slidell and worked in downtown New Orleans for several years. In fact, 18 years ago, I left Louisiana and winged my way to Kuwait where I still reside. :/ Your photos brought back memories.
Happy anniversary. Best wishes, Tammy P.S. I’m hopping over from the Grow Your Blog Party
Thanks for hopping by and the nice wishes. We love the city. What a big life change — Louisiana to Kuwait. What an exciting adventure!

I have never visited there but would love to someday. You photos are wonderful and capture such great character and color. Thanks for sharing your memories with us.
I wonder why NO is called the Crescent City
Enjoyed this post, as I too spent my honeymoon in New Orleans. I’ve got a couple years on you though – mine will be 20 in the end of February. Happy anniversary. (landed here from the Grow your blog party)
Lovely, I want to go back to visit New Orleans. Nice to know the corn stalk fence is still there.
Belated happy 18th anniversary, Traci! I’ve been to New Orleans once many years ago, and I still miss it. It’s such a fun city.

Good photos. Delicious colors and lights of this citadel. A place full of beauty.
belated wishes Traci
Excellent shots..
Isn’t N.O. a fun city??!!?? That last shot of the iron fence is great. I love how it just continues on out the back of the photo.
Fantastic! I can’t wait to actually see your face next week.
