Three for Three

ACEs don’t have to be a life sentence of pain. They can be a growth point that creates strong, resilient children and later, adults. So even as I am working to support my kids through this period, I can’t help but think of how I may show support to others.

I Cried Today

It’s been a lot, lately. No. It’s been too much. So, I cried today. And that is okay.

It’s Okay

Today I am thinking about expectations. We often put them on ourselves at the holidays, but this year, well I think we have put them on overdrive. I’m the worst at this. So I’m telling you (and me) it’s okay. Wherever you are is okay.
