My eyes have been opened and with that, so has my heart. I cannot address this new knowledge with anger. Only love will meet the need. Only love will meet the moment.
Put on a Happy Face
I have begun a regular exercise program and I am being more conscious about what I choose to eat. After this past year, I am looking for “happy” everywhere; including my food.
Goals to Grow, Not Resolve
This year I am not doing resolutions. Instead, I am working on “growth”.
Growth physically, mentally, and spiritually, as well as growing financially and growing my business.
Ready to Grow!
Rather than having resolutions that inevitably have an element of success or failure, I am choosing to grow. Growing allows me to acknowledge where change needs to be made and if I revisit the same issue throughout the year, it is only another opportunity rather than a fail.
