I'm Going to Crunch the Miles

At Blogger Bash NYC, I was lucky enough to meet the crew from Crunch Live. You’re probably familiar with the Crunch gyms around the country. They are known for their serious commitment to getting us kicking and dancing and yes, “crunch”-ing our way to strength and health. But now that I am on the road full-time, maintaining a gym membership is impossible. And let’s be honest… I wasn’t so good about getting to the gym when I was in one place.Crunch, workout, exercise, #CrunchLiveSo if, you are like me, and gym challenged, Crunch Live may be for you. it’s an awesome collection of classes ranging from 15 minute yoga sessions to 60 minutes of intense boot camp. The classes are led by vibrant instructors that are well… inspirational, just to look at. The abs on these people are not to be believed. Even before babies, I was never strong like this. And really that is why I’m joining. I have become skinny-fat. My clothes still fit but things are not where they used to be and more to the point, I am not strong.I want to be strong!I want to climb the mountains that I am seeing. Or at least hike near them without feeling weak. So I committing to go live with Crunch. They have made it easy, even for a traveler. Most of the classes require little to no equipment. There also offer a good number of “quickies”. No, not those quickies. These are 15 minute workouts engineered to make the most of a quarter hour . I may not have an hour everyday but I have 15!workout, Crunch, gym, #CrunchLiveAnd for the non-traveler, think of the time saved having the class in your home. No drive to the gym, check-in, waiting for the class to start, and coming home to get cleaned up. No matter how much I loved the class when I got there, it was always hard for me to get myself to the gym. What do you think? Do you want to Crunch with me? I’ll be crunching around the country. Maybe you can join me. It’s going to be a wild ride and I need the strength to hold on!
