It's Margarita Time!

Now that I live in Galveston, I admit to being a little more appreciative of margaritas. Something about island life that makes frozen drinks oh-so appealing. Add Tex-Mex to the table, and this girl is sitting pretty. Celebrating a history-making World Series win doesn't hurt either, btw.#margarita, #tacocabanaSo when I got a chance to try the new  Premium Lunazul Tequila Margarita and Flame-Grilled Chicken Tacos at Taco Cabann, the answer wasn't yes. It was an H-Town yes!

I was provided a gift card for the purpose of this review. The opinions are all mine. It is my Universe, after all.

First thing I see is a sign for the chicken tacos. There are three different offerings -  Grilled Peppers & Onions with Salsa Roja, Roasted Poblanos, Ranchero & Cheese, and Bacon & Jalapeno with Salsa Ranch.#margarita, #tacocabana If St. Peter had been there to greet me, I would not have blinked an eye. I chose one of each - no surprise!chicken tacos, #margarita, #tacocabanaThey were all wonderful and very different. who knew you could put bacon on a chicken taco? Taco Cabana, that's who! Hallelujah! Now I do offer a warning - the Ranchero & Cheese has some heat. Good heat, but nonetheless heat. Of course, this girl found it all the more reason to drink that margarita!

It's Margarita Time!

margaritaAh, back to the margarita! This is not a wine margarita. It is a real tequila margarita and it is yummy! It definitely cooled the heat and made this girl smile (see first picture - LOL!). It was a perfect way to toast the team (yes, I'm still riding high for our #HoustonStrong boys in blue and orange) and made for a wonderful lunch with my hubby.

A big thank you to Taco Cabana for allowing me to fill my tummy and have some fun with my hunny! I genuinely enjoyed the chicken and the margarita!
