When I ask you to wear a mask, it’s not for you, it’s for me. ⁣

This is me a few weeks ago when I had to be tested for COVID. I was sick. I was tired. I was scared. Fortunately, I was negative.⁣

Yes, it is America and you still have rights, but please understand how you are exercising your rights. You are not choosing not to protect yourself, you’re choosing not to protect me.⁣

You don’t have to, but it would mean a lot to me and millions of others.⁣
